The Law and Practice of International Dispute Settlement - Moot Courts

This is to ensure that the course can be offered.- Participate in a live, simulated court case before the International Court of Justice (AUC Faculty and other experts will sit as judges)
- Discover the fundamentals of the law governing international disputes
- Compare the major tribunals including the International Court of Justice, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal
- Submit written briefs (memorials) and participate in oral pleadings
