The Law and Practice of International Dispute Settlement - Moot Courts

• Participate in a live, simulated court case before the International Court of Justice (AUC Faculty and other experts will sit as judges)
• Discover the fundamentals of the law governing international disputes
• Compare the major tribunals including the International Court of Justice, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal
• Submit written briefs (memorials) and participate in oral pleadings
• Is the so-called proliferation of international courts a positive development for international law?
